Former workers at Elon Musk’s Tesla have filed a lawsuit in opposition to the posh electrical car producer, claiming its choice to hold out a “mass layoff” violated federal regulation as a result of it failed to offer advance discover of the redundancies. 

The lawsuit was filed by two former workers who stated they have been terminated from Tesla’s Gigafactory plant in Sparks, Nevada in June alongside greater than 500 different employees members.
